School Pictures
My sister-in-law gave me this desk a few years ago, and I thought we would use it for our school pictures. Any cc would be great, I am desperate to get better.

She is gorgeous! I don't even mind the blown out water (?) in the background, it just adds to the backlit thing for me. I love her pose too, and those BOOTS! Awesome. :)
Love this pose!!!
For cc...her face looks underexposed to me. I know it's really hard to expose for her without completely losing the background, but I think you have to either shoot with a tripod and take two consecutive images and different exposures and merge (total pain) or expose for the skin and forget about the background. I think the water looks cool blown personally. If you don't want to blow out your background you would need to turn her to face towards the sun, or at least not directly behind her.
I hope that helps!
She is SO beautiful and I love the colors...so cool yet bright. The pose and her boots seem so natural, but at the same time, very professionally done. This is an incredible shot and I SO want those boots for myself.
I think the water is fine just the way it is. I think the glowiness is a really nice effect in this circumstance.
What a cute pose. She is so cute.
What a fun shot. That's a great desk!
She is so cute! I really like the picture the way it is (I am so bad at cc). Very cool prop!
TOTALLY great composition. I love the look and feel of it! I want those boots too. She's beautiful. I'll ditto some of cindi's CC, but I'm still in love with the photo, feeling, and pose :)
Cheers,
